  • Reproductive Health Services are provided Monday-Saturday.  Same day appointments are available.  
  • Options counseling is provided during office hours, preferably through a scheduled appointment.
  • BOTOX Cosmetic — By appointment only.  (night time availability)

 

When you call to make an appointment, you will be asked for information that might seem very personal or not necessary. We ask for medical information and any special needs you may have so we can identify potential problems and develop solutions before you arrive at our Center. Our goal is to provide you with the most personalized, streamlined and safest service possible. Remember all information is kept confidential. Information we will ask you for over the phone includes your:

  • Name
  • Age
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Social Security Number
  • Height and weight
  • Medical history to include illnesses, conditions, allergies, and current medications
  • Insurance information (if any)

 

Accepted Insurances

e accept most insurance including Aetna/USHC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Chip of RI, Cigna, HMO Blue of New England, Harvard Pilgrim, Lifespan Blue, Tufts, United Healthcare and Mass Health (Mass Medicaid).

Payment Information

ur fees can vary depending on your unique needs and situation. Please contact our office to speak with a phone options counselor who can answer questions about insurance coverage and the cost of services.

WMCRI accepts cash, all major credit cards (except American Express) and money orders as forms of payment, as well as the insurances listed above. No personal checks are accepted.  If you choose to try and secure funding, please be prepared to pay for as much of the procedure as you can on your own and be prepared that funding can take days or weeks to secure. Please keep in mind that emergency funding for abortion patients cannot be guaranteed as there are very limited funds available—we may not be able to secure any funding at all, but we will try our best to meet the needs of every patient.

Payment for BOTOX Cosmetic services are due at time of service.
